Toolbox Navigation

In this guide, we will discuss how to navigate through the ETR application as an ASFR Administrator.

Let's get started!

The Toolbox

When you are logged into the application, you will see the toolbox on the right-hand side.

Below, we will cover each individual section.

ASFR Admin

Within the toolbox, click on the ASFR Admin link.

Click the ASFR Admin link

When clicked on, you will see the following information:

Approved Request Table

This view will show you a table that contains all approved requests.

View Processed/Closed Requests

This view will show you any requests that were processed and closed.

View Return to Requestor

This view will show you any requests that were returned back to the requestor.

View Cancelled Requests

This view will show you any requests that were cancelled.

Approvers List

Within the toolbox, click on the Approvers Lists link.

When clicked on, you will have the option to select a specific Department.

Once you select a department, you will see the Approvers listed out.

Re-Open Closed Items

Within the toolbox, click on the Re-Open Closed Items link.

When clicked on, you will see a list of closed requests that can be re-opened.

If you do decide to re-open a closed request, you will need to click on the checkbox and then click on the Re-Open button.

Update Account Warnings

Within the toolbox, click on the Update Account Warnings link.

From there, you will see a list of Administer Account Warnings. If you will like to make an edit to an existing account warning, click on Edit.

When you do so, you will see the following pop-up that will allow you to make edits.

Note: Having the accounts "Active" mean that the accounts are removed from the list of accounts when a user tries to search for the account when creating a new request.

However, if you will like to add a new Account Warning, you can do so by clicking on the Add button.

You will then see the fields to add an Account ID, Account Name, Warning, and Is Active checkbox.

View Attachments

Within the toolbox, click on the View Attachments link.

To view the attachments of a specific request, you will need to input the Request ID and then click on View.

Once you input a Request ID and click on View, you will see the following information below with the ability to click on View to view the attachments.

View Downloads

Within the toolbox, click on the View Downloads link.

When clicked on, you will see a list of downloads available.

Email Logs

Within the toolbox, click on the Email Logs link.

When clicked on, you will see email logs by descending rate, or in other words, by the recent sent date.

Assignments

Within the toolbox, click on the Assignments link.

When clicked on, you will see requests with all statuses. As an ASFR administrator, you have the ability to assign or re-assign the request to yourself by clicking on Select.

Dashboard

Within the toolbox, click on the Dashboard link.

When clicked on, you will see a dashboard with two charts. The first chart displays status counts of all requests based on fiscal year, and the second chart displays the number of current assigned requests for each ASFR administrator.

Preferences

Within the toolbox, click on the Preferences link.

In the Preferences page, you can adjust the number of rows to view on four pages.

  1. ASFR Approved Rows - Located in ASFR Admin page, in the first table called "Approved Requests"
  2. ASFR View Closed Rows - Located in ASFR Admin page, in the second table called "View Processed/Closed Requests"
  3. Email Logs - Located in Email Logs page
  4. Assigned - Located in Assignments page

From there, you can set your preferences by clicking on each drop-down. After updating your preferences, click on Save Preferences.

Archive Items

Within the toolbox, click on the Archive Items link.

From there, you are able to click on Archive to view your archived requests.

Within the toolbox, click on the View Archived Items link.

From there, you will see an excel file downloaded at the bottom of your browser.

When clicked on, you will see the following excel file with your data.
