Approving and Declining

In this guide, we will show you how to go about approving and/or declining a request.

Let's get started!

Accessing Approve/Decline

Step 1: To approve or decline a request, go to the Approve Decline page in the right navigation bar.

Step 2: From there, you will see two grids: First one indicates requests pending your approval, while the second one displays previously approved requests.

Step 3: In the first grid, locate the request to review, and click on Select for that request.

Step 4: The ETR information of that request will appear above the first grid. Verify the information is correct.

Approving or Declining

Step 5a: After verifying, make sure your name is filled in the Approver Signature field. Then, select Approve or Decline.

Step 5b: If declining, please enter the reason in the Approver Comment field.

After approving/declining the request, you will receive a notification. The Requestor and CC'ed emails will be notified of your approval.
